Case bedriften trenger en ny multifunksjonsskriver

Skriverløsning skal skrive ut og kopiere i sort/hvit og farge.
Den skal og skanne dokumenter. Inn skannede sider skal sendes til brukeres e-post adresse og direkte til et utvalg av samarbeidspartnere og kunder. De trenger ikke A3 format.

De trykker ca. 15-20 sider per dag per bruker. De er 7 brukere. Dette blir 2100 til 2800 sider per måned.
Kontor printer skal kobles opp via trådløs ruter slik at alle har tilgang via bærbar pc, nettbrett eller mobil telefon.
